Free and Reduced Meal Applications: We understand the importance of nutritious meals for academic success. Our team will be available to assist families in completing the Free and Reduced Meal Application, ensuring that all students have access to wholesome meals while at school.

Infinite Campus Parent Portal Support: Stay connected with your child's academic progress through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Our team will provide step-by-step guidance on setting up accounts, accessing grades, and completing the Annual Student Update.

• Families move into the Pickerington Schools district throughout the year. We are prepared to welcome new Tigers and Panthers throughout the year. Our Welcome Center gives families a central location to answer questions, provide district information, and process online registrations. Online registration for incoming kindergarten students begins in March for the following school year.
  

  Pickerington Schools uses an online registration form to process new-to-Pickerington Schools student registrations. Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who lives with the student within the Pickerington Schools district.

  If you are a current Pickerington Schools family with an active Infinite Campus Parent account, please go to your account to register your child.

• Online Registration Process
  

• While completing the online registration process, you will need to upload these required documents:

  • PHOTO ID of CUSTODIAL PARENT/GUARDIAN
  • PROOF OF AGE

  You must provide a copy of your child's birth certificate. Other documents authorized by law as proof of age and birth date may be accepted. Please refer to board policy 5112 - Entrance Requirements.

  • IMMUNIZATION RECORDS

  This is required for all new students.

  Immunization records and all physician forms must be marked "Attention: Nurse" and submitted to your child's school building before August 1.

  • PROOF OF RESIDENCY

  You must provide two of the following

  • • Current mortgage statement or current signed lease agreement* (including landlord's signature).
    • Current electric, gas, or water bill. This must show your name and address and cannot be more than 45 days old. We do not accept trash service bills, cable/internet bills, mortgage interest statements, escrow statements, or survivorship deeds.
    • If you own your home outright, please contact us, for a list of acceptable residency documents.
    • * Please note: If you are the parent or guardian of the student you are enrolling and you are not listed on the mortgage/lease or you are not married to the lease/mortgage holder, you must file the Shared Residency Affidavit (please click on the Residency tab above). Please follow the instructions on the affidavit and submit it along with your other documents.
  • Custody documents (if applicable). Please submit a judge-signed or court-stamped copy of your separation agreement, divorce decree, or shared parenting plan.

  If you have difficulty uploading your documents to our online registration portal, you may send them to us by email welcome_center@plsd.us or text 614-920-6180, or in-person by appointment.

  When you have completed the pre-registration process and the Welcome Center has reviewed and approved your registration, you will receive email confirmation of your child's enrollment into Pickerington Schools. Welcome to the Pickerington Schools community!

The PLSD Website has directions that require parents/guardians to use their Student ID# for both user ID and Password. REMINDER: Update your contact information and phone numbers in order to retrieve bus information. If you make a phone # change please forward the new number to Petermann Transportation so the system will work as accurately as possible.

  Pickerington Schools partners with the City of Pickerington and Yodel to bring you the Pickerington Community Calendar!

  Visit this link to view all Pickerington Schools activities included on the calendar and don’t forget to “favorite” our Pickerington Schools schedule! Once favorited, Pickerington Schools' events will be front and center on your calendar, enabling you to see what’s coming up.

The Ohio Department of Education and the Ohio Department of Public Safety have launched the SaferOH tip line that will accept both calls and texts 24 hours a day.

This tip line allows students and adults to anonymously share information with school officials and law enforcement about threats to student safety—whether that involves a threatened mass incident or harm to a single student.

Every tip can remain anonymous. School safety analysts may ask for additional information, but the caller can remain secret or leave his or her contact information for later follow-up.

Calls or texts to 844-SaferOH (844-723-3764) are answered by analysts in the Ohio Homeland Security’s Threat Assessment and Prevention (TAP) Unit. When action is needed, the TAP Unit immediately forwards information to Pickerington Schools, local law enforcement agencies, and others, if necessary.
