ALL-A-ROUND HOME WORKOUT & TOP 10 FITNESS TIPS
Many different types of exercise can make up a workout, and it is sometimes hard to know where to start. This interactive session instructed by local physical therapists will teach you ways to stay strong from head to toe with a circular resistance band.
You will even learn how to stay physically healthy during everyday functional activities.
Take home a piece of equipment, learn posture and alignment tips, and add hours to your workout count – see you there!

About Our Presenters
KEVIN WAIT, DPT
Kevin Wait is a Physical Therapist at Sport & Spine Physical Therapy in Sauk City. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in 2010 and completed his Sports Medicine Residency in 2011. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He became a PT to help people learn to move with less pain and loves helping people achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
Michelle Tollakson is a third-year Physical Therapy doctoral candidate at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. With 5 years of experience teaching group fitness classes at the university’s recreational facilities, Michelle loves to help participants find fun and unique ways to stay active. She will encourage you to challenge yourself and simply enjoy movement.
