EWJFC Newsletter

Latest update

Message from president June 2017

Welcome to our first newsletter of 2017 and welcome to all our new families at EWJFC. It has been a busy start to the season but we appear to have everything in hand thanks to some amazing people here at EWJFC. I would like to personally thank all the existing and new committee members who have helped in getting the club prepared for the 2017 season. Numbers are slightly lower this year but I am pleased to say that in the modified and open teams we have a Year 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 in the Northern District conference. These teams are supported by some excellent coaches and managers who dedicate their time week on week ensuring our teams have everything they need and the club continues to thrive.

The teams have now settled in and we are awaiting our new fixtures for all our future games. Lets all of us enjoy the children playing footy and remember whilst its always nice to win, junior footy is all about learning and developing our players ensuring they grow as a team and represent EWJFC to the best of their ability.

Please can I ask that you all take an active part in your childs football whether that be helping in the canteen or doing the boundary umpire duties. With out our fantastic parent support we really wouldn’t be able put out these teams, so keep up the good work everybody.

Finally, just a reminder that we have a new website up and running with all the up to date information regarding what is happening at the club. Why not save the link to your phone to make it easier for you to keep updated.

If anyone has any ideas, questions or comments, please get in touch either on our Facebook page or email me direct at president.ewjfc@gmail.com

See you all out on the oval

Kind Regards

Haydn.
