Special Messages

Lost and Found - We have collected more keys, jewelry, earbuds, garage door openers, phone chargers, wallets(!), and eyeglasses than we can handle! Not to mention the usual jackets, lunchboxes and PE clothes that always gather in the cafeteria. If your student has misplaced any of these smaller items, PLEASE send him/her to Mrs. Mecom's office to claim them.

The Lost and Found is located along the back wall of the cafeteria. All misplaced items of clothing, lunchboxes, pencil bags, etc. should be brought to this location if found. However, lost phones, tablets, jewelry or other valuables should be turned into Mrs. Mecom in the Assistant Principals' office. Unclaimed items in the Lost and Found will be donated at the end of each six-week marking period.

Immunization Records - 6th grade parents, you should have received a letter last week about the immunizations your student needs for next year. Please realize that it is very likely your child may have already received these shots, but we do not have record of them. Several students have been moved to the “Complete List” just by bringing in an updated record. Please check with your doctor’s office and send an updated shot record to the school clinic as soon as possible so we can move your child to the “Complete List” as well. Records can be brought to the clinic, faxed to (469) 633-4318, or scanned in and emailed to HodgkisK@friscoisd.org. There are 328 records that need to be updated...so far only 88 are on the "Complete List" for required immunizations. That’s 27%. How many can we complete? Last year we had a completion rate of 74% by the end of the school year. Can we top that?
