About Instant Heart Rate
Instant Heart Rate is a free or paid app on the iPhone that reads your heart rate. When you open the app, it tells you to put your index finger on the camera, and when you put your index finger on the camera it senses your heart rate after a few seconds.
Overall Review
Instant Heart Rate is a very user friendly app that is very easy to navigate. It is very accurate and very organized. After it detects your heart rate, it asks you when you took your heart rate (Three hours after workout, during workout, right before bed, etc...). Overall it is a very good app and has very few cons about this app.
Cons About This App
This app is overall very good with very few cons. One of the cons is that there is a light/free version. Although the paid version is only $0.99, if you are keeping track of your data for a long period of time, then you might want to get the paid version. If you get the free version you can only save six of your heart rates that you took. After taking all six of your past heart rates that you took, you either have to do delete a past heart rate, or don't save the heart rate that you just took.
Who Would I Recommend This App To?
I would recommend this app and try it because it is a very accurate app. I would recommend this app to people that are just trying keep track of your heart rate over a period of time. Middle school students can benefit from this app if they are trying to try out a new workout, or if they are in this school, they can even benefit from this app if they want to take their heart rate while doing the fitness plan and they want an easy way to take their heart rate if they can't figure out how to take their own heart rate.
