From Mr. Maddox: Please be advised that ePro (Fire & Safety) contractors will be working on the Fire Alarm System in the Theater One area on Monday, March 13th. This procedure may cause the Fire Alarm to go off in the entire building between 2:30pm to 3:00pm.
Deliveries to 3700
Please also be mindful to only pick up items that you order. The Office of Transformation and Leadership ordered a fan which has now gone missing. If you inadvertently picked up a fan that you did not order please bring it to the office of T&L or contact Mr. Blankenship who can redirect the item.

From Nurse Broderick Patton: AED's at 3700
Dear 3700 Staff,
I am writing to inform everyone where the two automated external defibrillators (AED) are in our building. The AEDs are placed in the following locations:
- Main Building Entrance next to the vending machine
- HR side of the building in the hallway where our legal department offices are located.
If you do not know where these locations are, please take a walk to familiarize yourself with the building. It’s best to be prepared before an emergency!
The AEDs are designed to be used by anyone during a medical emergency so please do not hesitate to use one, if needed. If you would like to learn more about responding to a cardiac emergency, using an AED, first aid and stopping bleeding, I am including a list of optional Public School Works (PSW) courses that you can view. To view them, sign in to PSW, then under menu choose “available courses”, enroll yourself in the courses listed and complete the courses. Note, there are Stop The Bleed Kits included with each AED.
NUMBERS: The first number is the catalog number; the second number is the course number.
