I have checked on the school regularly over the past 4 days and all is well. Most schools across Auckland have not been affected by the weather. Unfortunately a few schools have suffered some flood and water damage and the MoE will be supporting as needed. Again, at Macleans Primary we are all ok and ready to open for the school year on Wednesday 1 February :)))

You should have received a 'welcome to 2023 and your new class' email from your child's new teacher that was sent out 27 January, last Friday afternoon. If you did not, please email the respective year group deputy principal (see below) so we can let you know of your child's class. A reminder that because of the poor weather forecasted for Wednesday morning, children are to go straight to their new class and not line up on the paved areas as previously stated.
