CESO Updates

Through out the semester the Conference and Event Services Office (CESO) has made updates to our reservation process as well as 25Live.

Event Space Photos now in 25Live!

You can now view event space photos in 25Live, once logged into the system under the "locations" tab you can search locations and have photos of each setup appear.

Telephones in Event Spaces!

The Conference and Event Services Staff has made getting in touch with our customer service line even easier. Starting in Spring 2016 the majority of event spaces on campus will have telephones on the wall.

These phones will be INTERNAL CALL ONLY phones and will have 3 numbers on speed dial. You can reach the University Police, Conference and Event Services Office and Chartwells Catering office by just pressing one button! More information will be available on these phones in each event space that is equipped with this feature.

Event Reservation Process Change

Starting on July 1 2016 the event reservation process will change slightly. You will still have to make reservations in 25 Live however, the system will NO longer send automated emails.

To replace this process one the event is put into the system the corresponding CESO staff person will be alerted of you event. Once the event has been "confirmed" you will receive and email from CESO stating the event is confirmed and a confirmation will be attached. A Sample Event Confirmation is below. Be sure to print this out and look it over to make sure everything you have requested is on the confirmation.
