Key Club Elections

Read to find information about upcoming ONLINE ELECTIONS

In light of recent decisions to cancel our District Convention, the uncertainty of travel restrictions, and our commitment to the safety of all of our members, we have decided to hold our elections for District leadership electronically.

Streaming of the District Convention will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2020, at 3 PM. There will be a brief address from our District Governor, and we will proceed directly into virtual caucusing of both Executive and Divisional (Lt. Governor) candidates. The House of Delegates will convene electronically at the conclusion of the Executive caucuses. Divisional caucusing and elections will be held after the House of Delegates has adjourned.

Results of the elections will be live streamed on Sunday, April 5 at 3 PM.

In order to make these elections a success, we need the participation of as many clubs as possible. Club members will be able to view speeches and participate in caucusing of candidates through commenting on the live stream. We ask that your club register participants in advance, so that we know how many streamers to prepare for ahead of time. Please register attendees by noon on April 4 (link below). Note: each club may have as many members participate as they wish, however, they may only have up to two voting delegates.

Student leaders who are interested in serving at the District level should share their contact information with us in order to prepare the ballots. Those individuals should announce their candidacy (using the link below) as soon as possible to take full advantage of campaigning opportunities. The deadline is 9 AM on April 4, 2020.

Online Convention Registration (FREE)

Please register by April 4, noon.
