Please welcome our new principal!
I am thrilled to be returning to Franklin Township Community School Corporation, a move I consider “coming home.” I was raised in Wanamaker, attended FTCSC schools, and graduated from FCHS. For many years in my career, I worked and taught in FTCSC. I was fortunate to teach third grade at Acton Elementary and Arlington Elementary and fifth grade at Arlington Elementary and Kitley Intermediate. I served as a High Ability resource coach for the elementary schools from 2005 - 2008. I then had the opportunity to work closely with several programs in the district including Title I, High Ability, and English as a New Language. These experiences brought me into contact with the exceptional teachers and leaders of all buildings in the district and gave me an even deeper appreciation for the level of excellence that FTCSC continually achieves. For the past three years, I have been privileged to work as an assistant principal at Coulston Elementary in Shelbyville Central Schools. It has been a wonderful experience, one that has reinforced my desire to work with students, parents, and staff at the school level. I am excited to meet the students, parents, and staff of Adams Elementary and look forward to working with everyone for the next several years!
