3. Counselor of Record Notification
When students and their families log in to the portal, they will see student schedules. In addition, a counselor is also designated. Please note that counselors of record may change from year-to-year, and take note of the counselor that is designated in the portal.
4. Guidance & Counseling Department Updates
The Guidance & Counseling Department is so excited to welcome our students back this fall! This year brings an exciting addition to our department. Mrs. Kelly Brown, esteemed Student Assistance Coordinator, will be returning to Lacey Township High School after serving as the SAC at Mill Pond for the past five years.
As a result, we are fortunate to now have two Student Assistance Coordinators at Lacey Township High School. All incoming freshmen, and current juniors, will have Mrs. Brown as their assigned SAC. All sophomores and seniors will have Ms. Elyse Winkle as their SAC.
The Student Assistance Coordinator role provides broad-ranging social and emotional support to many of our students. As they focus primarily on mental health, the addition of Mrs. Brown will create an even more robust SAC program at LTHS as she partners with Ms. Winkle.
5. Counselor Contact
We are thankful for our strong counseling team at Lacey Township High School. Feel free to contact your student's counselor via their email address noted below!
6. AP Credit Purchase Letter
All students enrolled in AP classes this year should review this letter for opportunities to purchase guaranteed college credits through either Ocean County College or Fairleigh Dickinson University. Further, it also reviews Lacey's policy for AP exam fees and relevant deadlines.
