Clear Bag Guidelines
As you attend athletic events this year and events held in the auditorium, you will need to know the guidelines for clear bags. See the flyer below for more specifics or visit our website.
When to Use HEAR IT. SEE IT. STOP IT.
There are two great ways to report bullying and safety and security issues. One way is to contact campus administration directly and let them know the issue so they can fully investigate the matter. If you need to remain anonymous, then you can use the See IT Hear IT Stop IT tool available to staff, students, and families. This is also a great tool to use if it is after hours and you cannot contact an administrator directly. MISD encourages you to speak to an administrator whenever possible when there is a threat to student or staff safety or security.
HHS Jingle Belles 5K
The Midlothian Heritage High School Belles invite you to join them in a new tradition. It will be a fun day for serious racers, leisurely walkers, and everyone in between. The proceeds will support the Heritage Belles and Rubies and Bridges Training Foundation. Register before November 20 to get a race T-shirt.
Choir at UTA
Last Friday, seven Midlothian High School choir students participated in Choral Music Education Day at the University of Texas at Arlington! They had the opportunity to experience life as a music education student by attending college choir rehearsal and several music classes, including Intro to Conducting and Elementary Music Methods. They were even able to watch several college students perform! It was a great day of learning and experiencing a taste of studying music at the college level!

Mental Health Support For Students And Families
If you are looking for mental health support for your child or someone in your family, you are encouraged to use our Community Resource Guide. MISD has also partnered with Care Solace to connect MISD families to care. Instead of a family using our community resource guide to call around and find care, this service connects our families with care that fits their needs.

MISD Visitor Procedures
MISD prioritizes the safety and security of our staff and students. We ask our MISD visitors to help us in the effort to keep kids as safe as possible. Families are encouraged to complete the Application for Free and Reduced-Price School Meals and return the completed form to their campus. You can access the form to print by clicking here or you can apply online by clicking here. Visit our nutrition site to learn more about this program. (Spanish)
