Health Class

About Me

Good Afternoon I wanted to send a quick note and introduce myself. For some reason this did not get to everyone when I sent it out earlier in the semester and sorry now that I just realized it.

This my 6th year at Ray-Pec after graduating from CMSU. I currently teach Health and Women's Weight Training at the High School, as well as coach Softball and Track. My husband, Jason, also teaches and coaches here at the high school. Our family grew last semester, when I gave birth to twin baby girls, Rennyck and Roryck, and I can't imagine my life without them.

I chose Health/Physical Education because I truly believe it is one subject that affects our daily lives and is important for everyone to learn about. I love being in the field of education and am currently in my last semester of finishing my Specialist Degree from Mizzou.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. I am looking forward to this semester.

Contact Information

Please feel free to contact me, it is easier for me to respond via email since we do not have phones in our classrooms, but can return phone calls during my plan time (5th Period Daily).
