Weekly Update

From the Desk of the Principal

September 16, 2022

Dear Masconomet Middle School Families,

Thank you for attending Open House last night! We had a great turnout for our first in-person Open House since 2019! The energy in the building from parents and caregivers to the faculty was energetic and effusive. It was a great night, and I appreciate all of the work that our faculty did to prepare for the evening.

Students are settling in well to the school year and the schedule, so the new routine is becoming routine!

Upcoming Dates:

  • October 10: Indigenous People's Day- No School

Excels Program

Flyers about the Excels extracurricular programs went home today with students. Information includes a description of the various activities as well as the sign up form. This a great way for middle schoolers to get involved in fun and interactive programs after school with choices that match multiple interests. Please encourage your child to sign up for a program!

Two Upcoming Parent Presentations
