Lunch Recess 5th-8th
Please walk your students to recess every day and wait for Amy Bingen to be there. She does her best to get out there right away at 11:30. We can't have students outside waiting for her, without supervision, for safety reasons.
3rd-8th Grade Teachers
Please let me know if you still have not successfully logged into the DRC Insight Portal. Maggie was able to get in successfully. Please touch base with her to figure out the magic touch. If she can't help- see me. We will figure it out.
Scholastic Dollars Available!
3K-8th Grade Teachers, you have $150 to spend from this catalog. If you cannot find books, consider some of the alternative seating, book bins, or other classroom organizers. Please make your list, with item number(s) and give it to Diane by 3/20/20.
The Caledar has been finalized
Thank you for all of your input as we created this calendar. Changes were made based on your requests. This is the final edition, barring any major errors.
CPR Date will be 3/18/2020
Please arrive at KFD by 3:00 p.m. The class will run until 5:30 p.m. I will pace a sign up sheet in the office. Please indicate if you are planning to attend. I need to tell the instructor how many people will be there so he has the correct amount of materials. Click the link below to add your name to the list. Thanks!
Attached you will find the "Map" for the remaining staff meetings this year.
This is a draft and will be fluid as we need to add or move items to meet our needs.

There are no staff birthdays in the month of March.
STM III Reflection: What's Your Why?
Do you remember when you first decided to become a teacher? What inspired you to do so? Your why and your joy are connected. If you've lost your why, there is no better time than right now to get it back. One of the easiest ways to get your why back is to spend some time thinking about your journey as a teacher. (pg. 55) Get clear about your why, and remind yourself of it every time you step into the classroom. (pg. 58)
Reflection: Why do you teach at a Catholic school?
