Theatre Production Fundraiser

Do you want to help support the theatre program at RHJ? We are once again selling Purdy's chocolate this year, just in time for Christmas! All proceeds go towards the production of our 2023 spring musical Shrek Jr.! All orders must be submitted prior to November 27 and the chocolate will be delivered to RHJ on December 12, at which point it will be sent home with your student. For more information, please click on the link below. It will prompt you to create an online profile where you can easily access the Purdy's Marketplace to place your orders. If you have any questions, please contact Savannah Essington.

We have had a few students away lately and wanted to be sure that students and families know how they can see what learing and work they are missing when away. The best way for students to keep up to date when they are away from school is through their Brightspace. It is important to go past the Course page and look at the Content and Assignment pages.

We recognize that when students are away ill, their main priority is to rest and feel better. We just want to communicate to families that staff are using Brightspace to support student learning.

If you have specific questions, please reach out to the individual teachers.

Pay School Fees Online!

School fee information for the 2022-23 school year is now posted on the PowerSchool Parent Portal. All fees are due within 30 days of being posted. To access your fee information, simply log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal and go to “Student Fees.” There you can view your fees and pay them online.

Don’t forget to also log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal regularly throughout the year. Fees are often added to your child’s account to cover the cost of various school activities such as field trips, class projects, extracurricular activities fees and more.

If circumstances exist where you are unable to pay your fees, you can apply to have certain fees waived by submitting an Application for a Waiver of Fees. The application deadline is Dec. 15, 2022.

For more information about school fees, waivers and payment deadlines, visit www.eips.ca/schools/fees and https://www.rudolphhennig.ca/about/fees. Alternatively, contact Mrs. Margaret Tomkow at Rudolph Hennig at 780-998-2216.
