Who Am I?
Personality
My Personality is the color Orange. My core need is freedom. I listen for entertainment and if the message isn’t engaging for me then I lose interest or I stop listening and start acting upon the message. I’m very rude when it comes to communicating because I interrupt the speaker and I’m very straightforward. What gets me frustrated is formality and steps.
Gold
Focuses on specific details. Listens to determine if message is right or wrong. Don’t like conversations that go off topic. Prefers in writing, direct and straightforward, step by step. Rule breakers, wasting time, and laziness.
Blue
Focuses on more than just the words. Watches tone and body language to try and decide how they feel about the speaker. If they feel the speaker is sincere then the message will be heard. Personal, express emotion while communicating, polite and mannerly, indirect. Negativity, conflict, and rudeness.
Green
Listen for material necessary to solve a problem. Tune out trivia. Often miss body language and tone because they are so focused on the words. To the point, logical, facts, thinks before speaking. Small talk, failure, being and wrong publicly.
