Jumpstart the NEW YEAR
Join the PPS staff for our next Rebalance Challenge!
Happy New Year! We’ve been partnering with MoveSpring - a fun & easy-to-use wellness platform - for our 2018-2019 health & well-being program. We host challenges, big and small, to keep you moving each month. The program is completely voluntary, but we hope you’ll find activities that inspire you to participate. Please encourage your coworkers to join in the FUN. After all, what better teamwork and support network could you have than the people you see every day?
Let’s work together to take strides towards a healthier, more active lifestyle.

UPCOMING CHALLENGE
There is no doubt that new fitness goals are among the most popular New Year's Resolutions. Most people use the New Year as a fresh start and a great time to work on their health and wellness. However, it is not uncommon to slowly fall off the new year's wagon before the month ends. Whether you have a specific fitness goal or just want to stay moving each day, this challenge will help you jumpstart the new year!
These next two weeks we challenge you stay active for the recommended 30 minutes per day! Some days will be more difficult than others, especially with cold weather in the forecast, but that's why it's called a challenge! :) YOU'VE GOT THIS!
This challenge BEGINS TOMORROW SATURDAY, January 19th!
JOIN THE CHALLENGE HERE and be sure to invite your colleagues! Goals are always easier to reach (and a lot more fun) with accountability partners.
