NTeQ is a ten-step lesson design process .The steps include, Specify objectives, specify problem, research analysis, computer activities,before, after and during technology use, planning, resources, application, and assessment It uses technology as a developer instead of instruction delivery tool. It is student inquiry based, student centered interactive technology project based model. It is based on the philosophy that five major components play important role in conceptual learning process.1. Teacher: designers 2. Students: engaged learners, 3. Technology: Computers,4. Lesson: learning directions, 5. Environment: Classroom conducive to learning
The NTeQ model plays a major role in training teachers in technology, creating a leaning environment enriched with technology resources and use their differentiated lesson in a meaningful manner for their classroom instructions. It helps the students to gain control of their their own learning plan.

Context for use
Lesson planning and delivery both are very challenging for classroom teachers. For higher level and conceptual learning objectives the students need a lot of inquiry and problem solving skills irrelevant cultural or other social issues. Learning in a diverse classroom is only possible if the learning environment is established according to students needs so their focus is sustained for longer period of time. the students working on projects supported by technology as a resource and computer activities are developed such that the student progress in learning can be assessed.
