Title I Parent Planning Meeting
Please join Dr. Sumpter and Mrs. Castillo for our annual Title I Parent Planning Meeting on Thursday, April 22 at 12:00 pm via Zoom. This is a time when parents are invited to review Corley's data and provide input on how our Title I funds should be spent for the coming school year. We believe in the partnership between the school and our families. We look forward to seeing you at 12:00 pm on Thursday!
Meeting ID: 950 4298 3722
The document review is April 23-30 in the Parent Center.
We are excited to announce the GASP! program will be offered at Corley Elementary next year. Spots are limited so parents need to sign up in advance. Please see the flyer below.
IT'S TIME FOR KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION!
It is time to register for kindergarten! If your child turns 5 on or before September 1, 2021, you will need to register for kindergarten. After you have completed online registration, you will schedule an appointment, https://ptcfast.com/schools/Corley_Elementary , with your child’s new school to verify information, complete a kindergarten readiness profile, pick up materials to help prepare your child for school, and learn about exciting summer enrichment opportunities for your new kindergartner!
All required documents must be uploaded prior to submitting your online registration. The required documents include:
- Birth certificate
- Social Security Card for the student
- GA Immunization form 3231
- Hearing, Vision & Dental Screening form 3300
- Current Lease or Mortgage

Parent Involvement Survey
Available to all families of students with disabilities in all Georgia public schools. The survey is available in English and Spanish. All survey responses are anonymous. If you have more than one child with disabilities, you can complete a separate survey for each child. Survey link is available until May 31, 2021.
Please click the link below to fill out the Parent Involvement Survey if you have a student with disabilities in a Georgia Public School.
Attendance is very critical during the testing window, so please note the dates below and try not to schedule any appointments or vacations during this time frame. Thank you for your support.
Reminder about Student Checkout Procedures
A parent or authorized contact must contact the Front Office at 678-924-5330 office 30-45 minutes prior to arriving at the school. Office staff will verify authorization to prevent delays upon arrival. Student will be called from class once the parent/contact has arrived, and ID has been verified.
Calling ahead reduces wait time and allow us to complete the checkout process in a timely manner.
Teachers are not allowed to accept Class Dojo messages for checkout purposes. For security reasons, all dismissals must go through the Front Office.
