Fall Sports Sign Ups (7th & 8th grade)
7th and 8th graders can now sign up for fall sports (Girls Soccer or Boys/Girls Cross Country). The 2022-2023 PSMS Registration Form is found here.
6th grade students, in addition to wrestling in the winter, will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of clubs. These typically begin midway through the first quarter so they've had a chance to settle into the school year.
**All students participating in athletics need a current sports physical every 2 years.
The YMCA will also offer a variety of sports and activities. You can find out that information on their website linked here.
School Supply List
While out school supply shopping, please reference the list below. We do not have student lockers at Port Susan Middle School, so keep that in mind as you are filling up those backpacks. Also, make note that teachers may request additional items for their specific class. In our office, we will have supplies available for students as needed, so don't hesitate to reach out.

Message from Food Service
Federal funding for no-cost breakfast and lunches for all students during the COVID-19 pandemic has ended. Some districts have been able to qualify for no-cost meals to continue due to poverty rates in the community. SCSD does not qualify to participate under the new federal Community Eligibility Provision. This means the district will return to paid breakfast and lunch meals for students for the 2022-23 school year.
We encourage parents/guardians to apply for free or reduced meals to determine National School Breakfast/Lunch Program eligibility. Completing a meal application takes less than 10 minutes, and parents only need to complete one application per household. Information about free or reduced meals is available on our district website HERE.Thank you for all you do! Please reach out with any questions!
