November 2020
Message from Principal
As we finish up our first marking period, I wanted to thank you for your support so far this year. This has been a new road for all of us to navigate since we began the school year on September 8th. We truly appreciate your support over the past few weeks as we updated schedules, teacher assignments and shifted some students from a virtual to a hybrid learning environment. Your support as Enon families has meant a great deal to all of our staff and I want you to know that it is greatly appreciated.
This Thanksgiving will be different in that we can't welcome you in for a special Thanksgiving lunch this year or celebrate your service with a celebration to honor our veterans on Nov. 11th. Although we can't celebrate these events with you, do know that we miss having you here and present with us. As we continue into marking period 2, know that we continue to do our very best to make instruction meaningful and relevant to our students so that they can continue learning and growing. Report cards will be mailed from the district in mid-November. We are not recognizing honor roll officially this marking period, due to teacher and scheduling changes but will reevaluate this decision for our three remaining marking periods.
November 2 and 3 are Parent/Teacher Conference Days, an opportunity for you to meet with your child's teacher. All teachers reached out with an invitation to meet, be sure to let our staff know a time that will work for you. We also are having a Spirit Week for Nov. 9-13 for College and Career Focus. Thanksgiving Holidays are Nov. 25th-27th. I wish you a happy and blessed Thanksgiving season.

Walkers are dismissing from our front door, not the car pool line this year. All car riders are dismissing directly into cars for social distancing.
Also for our virtual families- Please also remember that you are often "on camera" too if walking in front of the chromebook and our students can see you. Thank you for making sure we continue to have a safe and appropriate environment for learning.
