Harvey Green Families,

Welcome back to the 2021/2022 school year. I am excited to have students and staff back on campus! Please be sure to read all communication sent by the school and district as important information will be shared with you throughout the year.

IMPORTANT- Online Maze Information

Thank you to all families who have already successfully completed all Maze forms! Please make sure you have logged into your Infinite Campus parent portal and completed all documents in the online registration section under the “more” tab. Parent Portal Please get forms completed and filled out by August 12th. Starting August 13th if your forms are completed the “Schedule” will become live and you can see your child’s teacher name.

Attendance on the FIRST Day of School

All students are expected to report to school on the FIRST day, Wednesday, August 18. Students who do not attend the FIRST day of school will be dropped at the end of the FIRST day of school. Students who are dropped will not be guaranteed a seat at the school and may have to be overloaded to other schools upon return. The only exceptions will be students who are absent due to illness. If a student is absent the FIRST day due to illness, parents or guardians must notify the school every day the student is absent. Seats will not be held for students on extended vacations or other optional activities, whether or not the school is notified.

Classroom Voluntary Supply Lists

Please see our website for our classroom voluntary supply lists. If your family needs assistance with supplies, please reach out to Ms. Johnson or the front office.

Medication at School

If your child needs medication at school please use this link to get all necessary form. Health Forms

These forms will need to be completed and signed by the doctor so please try to get this completed before school starts.


Per Board Policy any parent/guardian of a student enrolled in the District shall notify the District prior to or within five (5) days of any change in circumstance and/or a move which would affect their student’s residency (AR 5111.1).

Please complete and email the Change of Address Form with 2 proofs of new address residency to your current school.
