Nixon Cultural Forum III - June 1 - 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Local subject matter experts, Rabbi Freeman, Rabbi Eiduson, Rabbi Breindel, and Minister Bryant will gather virtually to discuss cultural topics and offer differing perspectives. Our panellists will share facts or personal experiences, express opinions, and answer audience questions.
All-School Dance Party - June 10th!
To achieve our all-school dance party experience children are asked to participate in an act of acceptance within the school house. Each moment of noted acceptance will be represented by a pom-pom ball and placed into a jar. Each class is to have 100 moments of acceptance collected in their classroom jar by June 9th.
The goal is for children to attend to and demonstrate acts of acceptance independently and with peers and be noticed and admired for their act of equity and inclusion of others.
We are very excited to have this experience and are even more pleased that this event was developed from our Student Advisory Council!
