My Future
Claire Castagna
My Brain Hemisphere
Right Brain Thinker
Although I am capable of using both the left and right side of my brain depending on the situation I am most comfortable while using the right side of my brain. That means I tend to be on the more creative side. I don't feel as comfortable having specific directions or guideline; I like my freedom. I can be very competative and I'm VERY artistic. Because I am a right brain thinker, I could use more organization and logical thinking. Left Brain thinkers tend to have everything have its own place. I find it difficult. I just throw things down and leave it be. Im not very logical. I look at the abstract picture of things.
My Personality Type
#1 Orange
I have a orange personality type. That means I have many outgoing traits such as creativity, adventurous, and spontaneous. I don't like haveing given orders in a certain order. I like to go about my work however I feel is comfortable. I am a HUGE multi-tasker and rarely focus on just one thing at a time. I dont like to listen to someone talking if it isnt interesting. If its not, I just lose all focus and think of other things and ignore what the speaker is saying.
#2 Blue
I can be blue, but not as often as I am orange. I'm very friendly and love meeting new people. When it comes to someone being in a emotional situation this is when this side of me comes out. I always want to make them feel better.
#3 Gold
Gold personalities are very responsible, loyal, and traditional. Thats where I get those traites come from in me. But something that makes them completely opposite from me is that they tend to be very realistic, prepared, and organized which I find very difficult for me to do.
#4 Green
Green personalities are the COMPLETE difference from how I am and how I act. They are the problem solvers, the people who love learning, and asks why. Im not a very big problem solver. I just want to get what I need and be done with it. I don't really like learning. Since I'm an orange personality, I just listen to the teacher for entertainment if I'm not interested in what their discussing.
Decision Making
Conceptual Style
When making decisions I tend to make them deliberately and follow the conceptual style. People with that desicion making style are enthusiastic, seek new ideas, and want independence. Others see my decision making as uncontrolable, too idealistic, and indecisive or slow. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for informal organization and decenteralized settings.
