Routine COVID Testing Begins at NRHS

  • We will begin our Routine COVID safety checks this Tuesday Nov 16th and continue every Tuesday until further notice. We will not conduct testing on Nov. 23rd due to the holiday week.
  • If you have consented for your child to participate in the Routine COVID safety checks, please instruct/remind them to go to the lower gym for testing anytime during their lunch period.
  • If you are a staff member who has consented, report to the lower gym any time during the lunch/long block
  • The testing procedure is very simple with students checking in, blowing their nose, do a simple single swipe with a swab in the nostril that students do themselves, the swab is put in a tube and labeled in a group of 10 and the student then applies hand sanitizer
  • If you have not given consent for your self (if a staff member ) or your student(s) to participate, but would like to, click on the following link. CONSENT
  • This is part of the metrics Nashoba is using to move to optional masking
  • Information from DESE can be found HERE
