Green- When we are Calm, Focused, Ready to Learn, and Happy

Yellow- When we are Frustrated, Annoyed, Silly, or Worried

Blue- When we are Sad, Sleepy, Sick, or Shy

Red- When we are Angry, Mad, Yelling/Screaming, and Out of Control

In class we have been practicing scenarios where we try to figure out what zone the character is in. We have learned about the Zones of Regulation through videos, lessons, and a workbook. We will come back to the Zones of Regulation in the month of November to work on strategies we can use when we are not in the Green Zone. Starting in early October we will be focusing our lessons on Bullying as October is Bullying Prevention Month.
