Important Reminders
1. Reflections:
This month your child is required to complete only TWO reflections. Since we missed one week of January, students should read and write about 1 Chapter book and 1 Non-Fiction book before the end of January.
2. Six Flags Read to Succeed:
Elementary students can participate in an exciting program that encourages children to read for FUN! Read to Succeed is a program sponsored by Six Flags. Every student who completes six hours of recreational reading before our deadline of Friday, February 24th will receive a free admission ticket to Six Flags! Your child is bringing home their 2016-2017 Reading Log today. Work on filling up your child's log and return it to me by Friday, February 24th to receive a Six Flags ticket. Happy Reading! :)
3. Library Books:
We visit the library every Tuesday as a class. MANY students still have books checked out from first semester. Please send these books in so your child can begin checking out new books for the semester!
4. Math 3A Textbooks:
Students in Ms. P's and Ms. Minor's Math classes should be returning their 3A textbooks! When students return this book, the 3B textbook will come home with your child. Please help your child remember to bring this book in!
Re-Enrollment Forms
A copy of this form is coming home today in your child's folder! Please look for the bright yellow paper.
Believe it or not, it's already time to begin planning for our next school year. As such, we ask that all of our wonderful families please share your intentions with us by completing the school's important "Re-Enrollment" form.
Please be informed that priority enrollment for current FSA students will end on February 6, 2017. After this date, any remaining spots in each grade level will be offered to new applicants and wait lists will be administered if necessary.
To guarantee your child’s spot for the 2017- 2018 school year, please make sure that your 2016-2017 tuition is paid in full and return this form, along with the 2017-2018 tuition deposit of $1,000 per child, no later than February 6, 2017.
