Forgot to Order a Yearbook?
Did you forget to order a yearbook? You are in luck—we ordered some extras! Please email Sara McCart at mccarts@fortmillschools.org if you would like a Soft Cover ($30) or Hard Cover ($35) along with your student’s first and last name and quantity desired. If you have funds in your student’s lunch account that you would like to go toward the cost of the yearbook, please indicate that in your email. We will sell these on a first come-first served basis! Can’t remember if your ordered one? Log into Pay Fees and click on “Paid” to see if you purchased one.
FINAL REPORT CARDS
Final Report cards will be published to Paren tPortal Friday, May 27th around noon. Please use this link from a computer as this function will not work from the cell phone app: https://fortmill.powerschool.com/public/home.html. Choose your student and then select Student Reports. This is a great time to print that last report card that many sports groups might request!
MOVING and/or NOT RETURNING TO FMSD
If your family is moving or not returning to the Fort Mill School District for the next school year, please reach out to our PowerSchool Data Manager Michelle England at englandm@fortmillschools.org . This step is essential to our planning for next year and we appreciate your help in updating our records.
Girls on the Run
The Girls on the Run program was back this Spring at Doby's Bridge and our team will end their season this Saturday, May 7th by completing a 5K in Downtown Rock Hill! This team of Dragons worked very hard all season and they have each gotten stronger and they are ready to take on this challenge!
In addition to their running lessons, they completed a Community Impact Project in which they made cards to send to military service members all over the world through amillionthanks.org. They also made bracelets and a poster to share with Military members right here in our community.
If you would like to head on out and cheer on our team, please see the race route included here. It begins at 8:00 am on Saturday in Fountain Park in Rock Hill and they would love to see some Dragon Families/Staff out there cheering them

Volunteer Opportunities
Field Day Volunteers
Parents, Please mark your calendars for FIELD DAY May 23 & 24. Here is the link to the sign-up genius for FIELD DAY VOLUNTEERS! Since we are able to return to a more traditional field day, parent volunteers are essential! If you are able and willing to volunteer, you will have the choice of volunteering for a half and/or full day. Please email PE Teacher Kyle Liebler if you have any additional questions lieblerk@fortmillschools.org. Please note, only parents who are “volunteers” will be able to attend Field Day.
Volunteers During the School Day for Copies, Laminating, Poster Making, etc....
We are excited to continue welcoming volunteers back into our building to help our teachers. Your service and help is invaluable to them! Please know that you will be volunteering for all of our teachers, not just your child’s teacher. In order to volunteer to help with making copies, laminating, etc...please use the sign-up genius link below. In the event our teachers need volunteers for a specific classroom request, they will reach out to their individual families. This volunteer opportunity is to help ALL of our teachers.
