CAMP Team Distance Learning
Our food drive yesterday was such a success! But several of you mentioned that you venture out to the grocery store only once a week and weren't able to contribute yet. We are going to have another food drive this coming Thursday! THANK YOU to all who contributed...y'all are awesome!!!
During these uncertain times, Willie Brown Academy is committed to continuing its support of families and organizations in need. We will have a canned food/non-perishable food items drive on this Thursday. Anything that you can give to someone less fortunate is greatly appreciated. We are asking that you bring the food items to WBA and leave them stacked at the front door. There will be a form for you to write your name and your scholar’s name for a drawing on Monday……remember to bring your own pen! There are some safety protocols that we must follow while donating and they are as follows:
*If you see another family dropping off please maintain a safe distance away from the family or wait in your car for them to leave.
*We are not to congregate at the school, so kindly drop your donations off and exit the campus for safety reasons.
*We will disinfect, use gloves, and make sure all donations are safe to send on.
Thank you in advance for your support. Please drop off all items by 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 30th.
