March 2023
Principal's Message
Thank you for joining us for our Family Conferences on March 22nd. Collaborative conversation about student learning profiles are invaluable. Thank you for taking time out of your busy week to keep our lines of communication open. We want to ensure that there is a strong partnership between home and school.
March was a very busy month at the Beachmont. We began the month with an awesome school-wide event "Read Across America." Students and faculty dressed up like their favorite literary character and at the end of the day older grades partnered with younger grades for some fun literacy-based activities. The month was filled with several field trips including our 5th Grade Middle School Tours, 2nd Grades trip to the North Shoe Children's Museum, and Kindergartens Trip to the the North Shore Music Theatre. I cant believe our 5th graders are choosing which Middle School they would like to attend for next year. Several more field trips will be taking place over the final three months of school.
We are noticing many students coming to the main office or nurses office for snacks throughout the day. This year, the school provides breakfast and lunch to all students that is free of charge. We ask that families do their best to send your child with a snack each day.
We plan to end the year strong! There are several school-wide events taking place in the next three months to recognize all of the hard work being put in by both students and staff. Please make sure to check Class Dojo as we will continue to send out pertinent information and announcements.
Its a great day to be a bee!
