WMS PTO

The PTO will be having their annual board meeting next Thursday April 15th at 7:00pm via Zoom. Those that are members will receive their Zoom link via email before the meeting. There is still time to join! More information on membership can be found at https://woodcreekpto.membershiptoolkit.com/ We will be electing our new board for the 2021-2022 school year. We look forward to seeing you there!


WMS PTO Board

WMS Cheer/ Mascot Tryouts

Cheerleading/Mascot Tryouts will be held the week of April 19th-23rd. Tryouts are for incoming 7th and 8th graders ONLY. If you are wanting to try out for cheer/mascot, please fill out the application on the WMS cheerleading website by April 15. A physical is required in order to try out. See Coach Duerr for more information.

Yearbook for 2021 School Year

If you are interested in buying a yearbook for 2021, they must be purchased by midnight on April 30, 2021. The store at www.balfour.com will close on May 1! We only have 300 left for the entire campus and once we sell out, we cannot order more.

Early Parent Pick-Up

If you are planning to pick-up your child early, you must do so BEFORE 3:15 p.m. You must have an administrator's approval if you are in need of picking up you child after the 3:15 p.m. cut off period.

Student IDs

Please remind your student to wear their ID daily. We have many students arriving without an ID and need a temporary ID each day. Please use the QR code below to purchase a new ID for your student if needed.

Morning Wandering, Tardy Consequences, & Cell Phone Consequences

In efforts to curb student wandering in the morning we will move to a systematic consequence approach. We will follow the below consequences for students seen wandering the mornings:


  1. Warning

  2. Assigned Lunch D-Hall

  3. Assigned After School D-Hall

  4. Assigned After Extended School D-Hall

  5. Assigned After Extended School D-Hall & other consequences may be assigned by grade level administrator



Below are the consequences that will be assigned for tardies.

  5. Parent Conference & Thursday Class assigned

Below are the consequences assigned for cell phones.



  1. Returned to student at the end of the day

  2. Returned to the parent at the end of the day

  3. Returned to parent at the end of the day, ISS assigned to student

  4. Checked-in daily for the entire day until the end of the semester

Deliveries

Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are not allowing deliveries on campus.

No Microwaves

In order to keep our students safe and adhere to the COVID-19 requirements, microwaves will NOT be available during lunches.

Dress Code

  • Shorts and skirts must be longer than finger tips when standing straight up

  • Spandex and leggings must be covered by a long shirt or jacket over backside

  • No Crop tops

  • No Spaghetti Straps

  • No Sagging

  • Earrings are permitted on boys and girls (Ears only, No other piercings allowed)
