Just a few things to note as we wind down the school year:
- All medicine, prescription or over the counter, that is in the school offices must be picked up by a parent no later than Thursday, June 2nd. Unless other arrangements are made, any medications left after this date will be discarded.
- Please take a minute to check out the lost and found racks at each of the campuses. There are several items that are missing their owners!
- If you would please make a check through backpacks and bedrooms for any library books, that would be appreciated. All books are due back today for Central Campus and next Wednesday for East Campus.
- Next week we will have our last All School Mass on Friday, May 27th at 8:30am Central Campus / Precious Blood Church (this will be our only Mass next week). We invite all to attend as we celebrate Mass together to thank God for our many blessings and close our first school year of Holy Trinity Catholic School. Then plan to stay for our Talent Show!
From Our Finance Administrator:
As we draw closer to the end of the school year, we want to update families on their tuition account balances. Letters containing more detailed information and statements were sent home last week to all families that have a balance due or a credit balance as of May 6th. You may also check out your statement on Sycamore. If you are signed up for ACH payments, you will not be receiving a letter or statement as your payments are setup to remit your full balance of tuition prior to the school’s fiscal year end, June 30th. If you did not receive a statement and would like one, please email me at awelp@evdio.org and I would be happy to send you a copy. Credit balances are normally transferred to your cafeteria account. Please keep in mind, if you have a credit balance that is a SCRIP credit, it can be transferred to your cafeteria account although it will not be eligible for a refund if unused. If you have any questions, please send me an email.
In the purple folder tonight, you will find a statement for the 2016-17 Book & Technology Fees if you have a balance due. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Thanks!
Angie Welp
