NEW ITEM EOY Reading Assessments will open May 1
Like the MOY assessments, teachers will enter the instructional reading level for each student at the end of the year. Students who are reading below grade-level will receive a face-to-face DRA and teachers will enter their scores for each part of the DRA Continuum. Teachers will also notice a place to indicate if a student has received LLI this year. LLI Intervention Records should continue to be uploaded with each student’s SST Information.
A PAPI assessment will be administered to ALL K & 1 students. PAPI scores will be available in Aware as a separate Student Inventory called “18-19 (Grade Level) PAPI” beginning May 1. The PAPI assessment is loaded on the Assessment Page of the GPS. Please keep a copy in the student’s Yellow Folder with EOY Writing Samples.
NEW ITEM Congratulations to some of our week 1 winners of the #MEXTOUR reading challenge! Keep up the great reading work!
