But Who Do You Say I Am?
By: Victoria Prior
Jesus is God. Many thought he was just human, but he was much more. He said, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but through Me," (John 14:6) He is both human and divine. Jesus is our one and only savior who came down to save us from our sins. Jesus is the only way for us to live an abundant life here on earth, or receive eternal life in fellowship with God. Jesus died on the cross to take the punishment for our sins so that we could be sinless in the eyes of God. He is a teacher, a prophet, and a light for all those lost in the dark. He is with us to guide us to a better after life and to live a life of God. Even though he is not physically here, he is spiritually here in every aspect of life. He is here when there is only love, faith, and happiness. He is here when there is kindness and humanity. He is here in our hearts, never leaving our sides. He is here and will be here with us, until time ends.
Old Testament and New Testament
New Testament: Matthew 15:28: Then Jesus said to her, "O woman, your faith is great; it shall be done for you as you wish." And her daughter was healed at once.
