The Easter Earthquake & Yellowstone

The Easter Earthquake
The Easter Earthquake occurred in 2010. This earthquake occurred as a result of a transform boundary. This earthquake had a magnitude of 7.2, killed 3 people, and caused 91 million dollars of damage. The epicenter of the Earthquake was 104 miles southeast of Tijuana while the depth of the focus 12.3 kilometer (7.6 miles). This earthquake is odd because it happened on Easter Sunday and its shock wave could be felt more than 300 miles from the epicenter.
Yellowstone
The Yellowstone Volcano, a super volcano, is located in Geyser Basin. If this super volcano erupts then 2/3 of the U.S. will be destroyed. The last major eruption occurred in 1350 BC. The last time it erupted 90,000 people were killed and caused 3 trillion dollars of damage. This volcano is the largest volcano in the world.
