Library Lingo
Reading Bingo shirts will be ordered this Monday, May 4, so if you intend to order a shirt, please make sure and sign up on the lounge door no later than 9am on Monday. The $7 can be paid when the shirts arrive.
This week is a normal library week for all classes…it’s a miracle!
Friday, May 8 is the last day for students to check out books.
Friday, May 15 ALL student books are due.
I will be printing teacher loaned library item lists this week and will put them in your boxes. If something is highlighted on your list, please store it in your classroom for the summer. What isn’t highlighted can be turned in between now and June 4. It doesn’t all have to be returned at the same time, either.
Going…Going…Gone!
All English fiction books (in the library) that have not been checked out in five years or longer have been pulled from the shelves and discarded from Alexandria. You are welcome to look through the cart and boxes taking whatever you desire. On Wednesday, May 20
I will finish boxing up what hasn’t been taken and have someone at the warehouse pick them up.
***These are different books than those from earlier this year that were offered***
