PHOTOSYNTHESIS

BY: SAMUEL CORONADO Mrs.Mason 7th period

what is photosynthesis?

Photosynthesis is the process that plants and other organisms use to make their food. The things they need in order to make that food they need water, energy from the sun,and carbon dioxide. They get carbon dioxide from us humans the formula of carbon dioxide is CO2.Everytime we breathe out carbon dioxide comes out of us.The one product that plants make is oxygen. The formula of oxygen is O2.Oxygen is released from the plant and then we breathe it in.The food that they make off of photosynthesis is glucose. The formula of glucose is C6H12O6.

The compounds that photosynthesis uses

CO2:Carbon dioxide is something that we breathe out and it is one of the things it uses for the process.

O2:O2 is the scientific formula of oxygen.Oxygen is something we breath in that plants also use too.

C6OH12O6:This formula is for the food for the plant called glucose.
