. We will also have "sock day" in honor of National Down Syndrome day on ~ Thursday 3/21. Let's Rock those Socks!!
Arriving or Running late?...
If your child has an appointment or is arriving after 8:55 am, please be sure to sign your student into the office so they can get an admit slip. This is not only a safety measure but also how their attendance gets adjusted for the day.

Parent Teacher Spring Conferences ~ March 19th – March 22nd; dismissal at 12:55
Conferences are coming...
Spring conferences are conducted on an as-needed basis. Please watch for a note from your child’s teacher requesting a conference or indicating a conference is not necessary at this time. Families are still welcome to sign up even if your child’s teacher has not requested a conference. Tuesday, March 19th will be our late night, and also will be the day we have interpreters.
Spring Conference sign-ups will be done through Family Access. The scheduling window will open on Wednesday, 3/13.
Below are directions on how to schedule a conference once signed in on Family Access.
To access Conference Scheduler, select Conferences from the Family Access menu - on or after 3/13.
- Click All-Conference
- Click Select a Time to pick a time slot for a student’s class
- Click Select to the right of the desired Conference Time Slot
- The Select Time Slot dialog box will appear. A warning will be displayed if a time conflict exists. Click Back to select another time if there is a conflict. Or, click Save.
Repeat steps for each student.
If, after a conference is scheduled, and you need to reschedule it, follow these steps:
- Click View Scheduled Times to view all scheduled times
- Click Unschedule to unscheduled a time slot
- The Deselect Time Slot dialog box will appear, click Save
- Click All Conferences to return to the All Conferences tab
- Click Select a Time to pick a new time slot
- Locate the new time slot and click Select
- Click Save
