Southwestern Pasta Salad

This is the nutrient dense meal that I made for my family. This pasta has many ingredients that are healthy and beneficial to your body.

Ingredient Nutrients

Vegetable Pasta: is a good source of iron and is low in fats and gives you carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals.

Lime/Lime Juice: low calories, low cholesterol, low sodium, has important vitamins (C, iron, magnesium)

Corn: low calories, rich in carbohydrates, low fats, gives you important vitamins and minerals

Black Beans: low fats and cholesterol, rich in potassium, proteins, and fiber

Red Bell Pepper: low calories and cholesterol, rich in vitamins

Roma Tomatoes: low calories, low fats, contains protein and vitamins

Boneless, Skinless, White Meat Chicken: low calories, not a lot of fat, high in protein, and high in iron

Garlic: low calories, fat, fat, sodium, and cholesterol

Olive Oil: low cholesterol and sodium
