Did you Know???
Do you know how the PTO helps our students? Over the last few years, the PTO helps ALL of our students and staff in the following ways.....
- Paying for field trips.
- Purchasing headphones for students.
- Purchasing a membership to the Children's Museum for all students to attend free with their class.
- Helping fund teacher grants for individual classrooms.
- Volunteering at events.
- Organizing staff meals.
We could not do these things without the help of the PTO and their generosity in making sure our students have everything they need and more!
How Can you Help the PTO?
Since traditional fundraisers for the PTO are not an option this year, you can still help through these other ideas! To get our Brooklyn family started, we have 2 easy set it and forget it ways for you to help us earn money for the school!
1. Shop at Amazon Smile and click on Brooklyn's PTO account at https://smile.amazon.com/gp/chpf/homepage/ref=smi_chpf_redirect?ie=UTF8&ein=35-2202818&ref_=smi_ext_ch_35-2202818_cl The official name for our charity is "Brooklyn School Parent Teacher Organization Incorporated" A portion of your purchases is donated to the PTO. This does not cost extra on your part.
2. Kroger Rewards-set your Kroger Reward's card to earn a % of what you spend (when you scan your card) to be donated to Brooklyn Elementary-PTO.
