Join us as we talk about how vision boards work and learn how to make your own. Vision boards aren’t just for you, they can also help your team members reach their goals as well. See how this creative and effective tool can help you and your future teammates, associates and clients display their ambitions and tackle them picture by picture.

We hear the phrase "Pay it Forward" so often, whether it's someone paying for your Starbucks or your groceries at the store, people are paying it forward everywhere. Get inspired by our next leadership film "Pay It Forward" featuring Kevin Spacey, Helen Hunt and Haley Joel Osment, where one little boy starts his own chain of good deeds. After the movie, we'll go into the discussion portion and as always, there will be food!
Temple University and Campus Philly present a one-day leadership conference open to ALL Philadelphia-area college students. Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills through presentations, workshops, dialogues, and panels on topics related to inclusive leadership, social change, and collaboration.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Find Your Voice: Advocating for Inclusion and Respect”. Whether you are an activist, writer, artist, or entrepreneur, YOUR voice is what we need. If you do not yet know your voice, or if you want to discover more ways to use your voice, ILC will engage you in conversation and activities around inclusion and respect for your voice and others.
This year’s Inclusive Leadership Conference keynote speaker is Shinjini Das. Das is a professional speaker, multi-media personality, Huffington Post contributor, and brand spokesperson with a social media following of more than 96,000. Read more on shinjinidas.com
