Opportunity for Online Support Group for Virtual Students!
Hello Trumbauersville families! Do you have a student who is fully virtual this school year that is struggling with the concept of schooling in the home or is just feeling disconnected? If so, sign them up to join our online counseling support group for virtual students! Myself and our ESAP counselor, Mrs. Bocklet, will be running a virtual group to help connect with some of our virtual students to see what we can do to further support them and make sure they are feeling included. Potential topics may include the following:
- Frustration management due to learning in the virtual environment.
- Coping skills for feeling sad about being separated from their peers.
- Anxiety and stress management due to virtual learning.
- Time management and organizational skills for learning at home, etc.
- A time to just chat and check-in!
This group would occur in the afternoon on a weekly basis for about five sessions. If you are interested in having your child participate, please complete the Google Form below and I will be in touch with additional details. I can also be contacted at lgordon@qcsd.org or at 215-529-2554 with additional questions or concerns. Thank you, we hope to “see” your virtual student soon!

Valentine's Day- More information to come!
All elementary schools in QCSD will be permitting the exchange of Valentine’s items. With permission from the classroom teacher and adherence to the following parameters, students may bring in a Valentine!
All Valentine’s must be sent into school by Monday, February 8. This will allow time for the items to sit for several days prior to being given to students.
No food items may be sent in.
Envelopes should not be licked.
If you would NOT like your child to receive Valentine's items, please email your child's teacher to inform them.
Students will be putting cards in a bag or box so they will be distributed in a contactless manner.
