Peachjar eflyer system to begin on 2/01/16
Imagine not copying flyers, not counting out flyers by class, not having to remind students, not having to give students a second or third flyer.
Date change-- Starting February 1st, all Mexico59 schools will begin sending school eflyers directly to parents. The district will be using a free service called Peachjar to provide this service. Peachjar provides an innovative flyer management system that sends school-approved eflyers directly to parents' inboxes and posts them online. Now, parents can easily find and view flyers and take action immediately to sign up for activities and events. Paper flyers will no longer be distributed.
Each building administrator has the ability to upload flyers to the system. After they are approved, the flyers will be sent out via email. The flyers will also be available at each school's website. Outside organizations that charge for their services will pay a small fee to Peachjar for our distribution. (This is what helps keep it free for Mexico59). The organization will also need to be within our "Flyer Guidelines" for consideration.

If you have any questions about this process, feel free to call x2425 and talk to Jo Ann.
