Elie is taken away from his home and put in a concentration camp with his father. They don't get fed that often and they have to work most of the time, The weak get burning and the strong get to work for there lives. Elie makes it until the Americans save them but his father dies right before they come.

What I like

What I like about this book is that author puts so much effort and puts a lot of details into this book.

What I don't like

What I don't like about this book is the people getting burning and so many kids and adults died during that time.

I would recommend this book to other readers because it's sad and the author puts a lot of effort into this book.
