Student Learning Profiles will reflect either a “Pass” (PA) or “Incomplete” (I) final grade for the end of the year. An Incomplete (I) will be assigned to students who did not participate (or were unable to participate) in any learning activities or those who did not complete all required coursework. Teachers will record an ‘X’ for skills not presented during this time. In addition, teachers will not report progress on Learning Habits. End of School Year Procedures
Parent Survey
Registration for 2020-21 School Year
As parents and students busily prepare for the 2020-21 School Year, our school offices will be ready to assist you with registration, residency, and student placement. Our school offices will tentatively open on August 3rd to help with the registration process.
We urge all families who have students already enrolled in the district to take advantage of the online registration process to help with the planning for the 2020-21 School Year. Information was sent to families in April outlining procedural steps on how to register their child (ren). If you require assistance, please contact your school directly.
We have made some changes to our registration process this year. As always, ASD4 requires yearly proof of residency, however due to the mandated closure of our schools, this process will begin in August. School offices will contact families in August about specific directions and requirements regarding proving residency in Addison. Families are encouraged to pay for student fees in Revtrak. Revtrak can be accessed through Skyward Family Access or on our district website. If fees must be paid by cash or check, families will need to pay directly at their school beginning in August. Finally, all school supply lists for the 20-21 School year are found on our website www.asd4.org.
ASD 4 Meal Distribution Update
- 5-day meal packages will be distributed every Tuesday at Indian Trail.
- Meals will not be distributed what week of June 29 through July 3rd.
- Tuesday, August 18 will be the last day of meal distribution for the summer
2020 Census
The 2020 Census counts EVERYONE living in Illinois: renters, non-citizens, babies, students, your neighbor… and you. Government representation and funding are critical--especially now—and an accurate Census count means funds for your community and the representation your area deserves. You can complete the Census safely from your own home by responding online (my2020census.gov), by phone(844-330-2020), or by mail. Please take the time to make sure you are counted!
Also, a wide variety of census-related learning activities for children can be found at https://www.census.gov/content/census/en/programs-surveys/sis/activities/distance-learning.html --including state facts; coloring pages; and math, history, and geography-related activities.
