Barclay Bulletin

March 5, 2023

It's Been Awhile

Good afternoon Barclay families. It has been a long time since my last Barclay Bulletin; November 28th, 2022 to be exact. It's not that I have had nothing to say, it's simply that I also want to be respectful of your time as parents. I create this bulletin to keep you informed of upcoming events and topics that might impact you or your children during the upcoming weeks. I can do that through social media, our messenger system, or through this bulletin. The past few months have been busy, but more with items that are specific to classrooms or teams, not whole school events. As we enter March, things will begin to get busy again with the Book Fair, Books and Bingo, and other whole school activities. Look for more regular Barclay Bulletins - it will be the best way to stay informed of things happening within the building.

If you ever have specific questions for me, feel free to reach out via email at scott.morrison@bcs1.org

Books and Bingo

This week the Scholastic Book Fair is in Barclay School. Classes will be visiting the book fair at the times scheduled on the flyer you should have received when we came back from February Break. If you did not receive a flyer, you will find one attached below. Books and Bingo will also take place this Thursday night, March 9th. The book fair doors will be open from 6:00 - 8:00 and bingo will be called in the cafeteria beginning at 6:30 pm. Books and Bingo is open to all family members, but our space is limited to our cafeteria capacity (approximately 260). We appreciate an RSVP, but it is not necessary. You may RSVP through the form below this message. We hope to see you Thursday!
