Sundays From The Mesa # 7

Week of September 19-23, 2022

RAIN!!! IT REALLY RAINED!!!!

Alta Mesa Families,

Oh what a relief it is to have a solid rainfall for the first time in so many months. That smell that always comes with the first few rainfalls and to bust out a sweatshirt was a refreshing moment. I woke up Sunday morning and thought something had spilled and was dripping next to the window, only to discover the rain. . We may even have our first indoor recess rainy day recess on Monday!

This week we have even more after-school activities that are starting up. We have Garden Club and our Yearbook/Media Club. Now at Alta Mesa, we have more afterschool opportunities than ever. I know some parents may want their children to participate in all of them, but unfortunately, some are offered at the same time. If you have questions about which extra-curricular activities a student can participate in please don't hesitate to call our office for more information. You can also speak to the club supervisors as well.

Things are cooling down at Alta Mesa, and it's going to make for another fantastic week.

Thank you,

Ryan Miller- Principal Alta Mesa School.

New Health Protocols

With a new year comes new health protocols. Below is a flyer that covers new health protocols for students. The good news is we are continuing to draw back our COVID structures. The key term now is recommendations and not requirements!
