First Friday Update
Thank you for supporting the Staley Family today with your donations. Together as "One Trinity Family" were able to contribute $500 to the Staley Hope 5.4K Glow Walk & Run. A flyer was sent home with your student earlier this week. If you would like to further support or participate in the Walk/Run please visit their website StaleyHopeRun.com.
Updated Student Information
If you haven't already, please be sure you have provided the office with your students Birth Certificate and updated shot records. Our office staff will be reviewing files and sending home reminders for those who have not turned in the proper paperwork, this also includes the Covid-19 acknowledgment form.
Right Now Media
Next week, all Trinity families will be receiving an email Friday at 6:00 pm giving them access to a program called Right Now Media. Right now media is a "Christian Netflix." We all know the concerns that come with technology, but we also know the great potential that it does contain. More information about this platform for families will come your way next week. Please check out this new amazing opportunity below.

Picture Day Reminder
Pictures for students K-8 will be on the 16th of September. A reminder is coming home, and order forms will follow on September 11th.
iPad Cases Reminder
Our apple executives have updated us stating that all of our ordered iPads should be here by the end of September or earlier. As classrooms get their sets of iPads, families of those students will be updated.
We have been able to upgrade iPad cases. These new cases are military-grade and provide much greater protection for student iPads. As unlikely as a broken case may now be, if a case for an individual does manage to get broken, the new replacement fees are as follows:Grades 3-4 and 6-8 have an $80 replacement fee.
Grades K-2 and 5 have a $100 replacement fee.
Severe Weather Drop Off Reminder
If there is ever an instance of severe weather that would cause concern during our morning drop off procedure, we will proceed with our severe weather drop off procedure. This procedure will allow for only 2 cones for cars to pull up to under the carport. All doors in the main entrance will be propped and students will enter through there. If we need to follow this procedure, all parents will receive a parent alert through text and an email.
