Who Am I?

Big image

"You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. You're on your own, and you know what you know. And you are the guy who'll decide where to go."

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I think more logiclly. I am creative but just a different kind of creative from the right brained people. I get things done on time, and I am also very organized. However, sometimes I need more freedom and to relax. i need to start thinking outside of the box.

My Personality Type

#1 Blue

My personality type is "blue". This means that i have a very emotional personality. i have a lot of my own feelings and care about other peoples feelings. At school I am friendly with everyone. i can get along with lots of people. My friends can trust with anything. They can always come to me for help no matter what.

Decision Making

Behavioral Style

When making decisions I tend to follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style are sociable, friendly, supportive, have a interpersonal social orientation, a talent for building teams and encouraging, are action orientated, and are motivated by acceptance by peers and avoid conflict. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as too concerned about others, wishy-washy, and that I cant make decisions or say no. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for well-designed and people orientated collegial settings.
